Utilizing the 1990 Tiger file data, we are able to ascertain household income and family size down to the BGED (Block Group Enumeration District). These BGED's are approximately 5-7 city blocks, bounded by natural, political or perimeter borders. These blocks allow more restrictive application of targeting scenarios to large prospect databases.
